HoteleGuide vs. E-Guide Services Lawsuit

The lawsuit was filed on October 5, 2007 by HOTELEGUIDE and others against BARRY GORE SR. CHRIS S. STARK, SR., FYI TELEVISION CORPORATION, LAUREN GUSTAFSON, LAURA CASAUS, GEORGE RAUTENBERG, AARON STARR, NORTH AMERICAN CABLE EQUIPMENT, CORPORATE DESIGN AND MARKETING CORPORATION AND E-GUIDE SERVICES, INC.

While "Original Petition" is self explanatory as to the wrongdoing of the defendants as claimed by the plaintiffs it is helpful to note that principally the plaintiffs claim that the defendants conspired to damage, destroy or steal the plaintiffs' business.

Additionally, the defendants who previously worked for HOTELEGUIDE (Gore, Gustafson and Casaus) violated their non-competition non-disclosure agreements with HOTELEGUIDE.

The case is pending in the 298th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas. It is a matter of public record. The plaintiffs are represented by David R. Gibson (972) 291-9300.
